I was sent two boxes of Align
by their publicist to try out. I wanted to see if it would help with the occasional digestive upsets I’ve been experiencing lately. I’m getting older and there’s a family history of colitis and IBS, or Irritable Bowel Syndrome. The upsets are getting more frequent and I plan to make an appointment with my doctor soon.
I’m a big yogurt eater, so I assume that I get enough probiotics in my diet. But maybe not. According to Ashley Koff, R.D., who consults with Align,
[F]or those seeking to address health issues impacted by bacteria imbalance, I recommend a probiotic supplement in addition to dietary modifications which may include probiotic sources as well. Supplements can guarantee that one gets a probiotic dosage sufficient to begin to correct the balance.

What is Align?
Align is a daily dietary supplement that works naturally to help build and maintain a healthy, balanced digestive system. Align
is an teeny, easy-to-swallow capsule that you take just once a day to help even out the ups and downs of common digestive upsets such as constipation, diarrhea, abdominal discomfort, urgency, gas, and bloating. Align capsules contain Bifantis, a unique probiotic strain that has been clinically proven to build and maintain a strong, healthy digestive system.
What should you expect when taking Align?
Everyone is different and your body may respond somewhat faster or slower to Align. Although many people feel the full benefit of Align by four weeks, it does take some people six to eight weeks to build the maximum defense against common digestive upsets.
I’ve been taking Alignfor about three weeks and haven’t noticed much of a change. (I’ve been using the Daily Digestive Tracker that comes in each box of Align
to record digestive upsets.) Even so, I’ll continue taking it for a full eight weeks and will report back.
